Yes, we accept returns.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

Please Note: 

1. 1. In case the customer changes their mind. Product return courier cost will be borne by the customer. The return courier cost/charges will be deducted from the total amount paid by the customer and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the customer’s account within 10-15 working days after receiving the product in a resalable state with all the boxes and manuals intact.
   2. In case of a manufacturing defect in the product, return courier charges will be borne by us (Manish Enterprises).

   2. Then send your order back to this address using India Post:

   3. We will process your money refund on the same day when your order is received at our warehouse, post the quality check, Please note that it can take 10-15 working days for the refunded money to show in your account or as per the standard banking procedure. 

    

Terms & Conditions

Returns will be accepted only in cases when the product does not fit your motorcycle or scooter.

Change of mind after dispatch of the product from Karol or after receiving of the product by the customer will not be considered a valid reason for returning a product.

In cases where an incorrect product was ordered by the customer, shipping and handling charges will be deducted.

Any return request has to be raised within 2 Days of receiving the order. Requests raised after 2 days window would not be processed.

All products need to be returned in their original packaging and should reach back to us within 10 days of a return getting accepted Return Orders received back to our warehouse after a window of 10 days from the date of return request acceptance would not be eligible for refund.
